zDryer ships via United Parcel Service (UPS) to make sure your order gets to you on time; we ship from our central warehouse in Philadelphia, PA. If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact zDryer Customer Support at (215) 724-7900.

Returns & Replacements
We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at zDryer. When you need to return a product to us, please contact us at or call us at (215) 724-7900 Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm EST, Saturday 9am - 6pm EST.
No returns, replacements or repairs may be made without prior written consent. zDryer reserves the right to inspect claimed defective products. You may be required to send a description of the defect, original invoice and photos of defective parts to or 2501 Grant Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19114.
After you submit an order we will keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. If you registered on our website you may also login to check status of your order on My Orders page.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Discover, Pre-paid Company Check, Personal Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order (Note: All Prepaid Orders, including Cashier's Checks, take longer to process because they must first be cleared with the bank).
Viewing Orders
To check the status of your order just visit My Orders page and sign in with your email and password to get a summary of orders. You’ll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped.
Updating Account Information
It's easy to change your email address, password, or default shipping and payment information. Please login to view and edit your account information. Any changes that you make will only apply to future orders. To make changes to current orders, please call (215) 724-7900.
Warranty Claim
To claim warranty online, please email with a description of the defect, original invoice and photos of defective parts.
